My student Shona Benner was successful at the LVM Jugend Förder Cup in Marl this weekend with the 7-year-old young talent Velvet, who is owned by the North Rhine-Westphalian State Stud. At their second tournament start together in the Junior Tour, the two placed fourth and the next day they went one better: first place with 70.3 percent! The Van Vidaldi son has only been in my stable since September and is to be further promoted by Shona.
